Sunsteel is a longsword belonging to Tirus Serin, a lord of Mageria. During the First War of Day and Night, Serin collected scraps of Elorian steel--shards from helmets and katanas of his vanquished enemies. He used the shards to forge Sunsteel, a sword commemorating his kills in the war. Sunspear was broken by Madori in Daughter of Moth but later reforged.
